  • Zoro defeated King in Wano

  • Zoro's bounty is 1.111 billion berries

Zoro is easily one of the most infamous characters in the world One piece world right now. He has a very high bounty on his head and after the events of Wano he managed to break into the Billion Berry Club. Zoro received his first bounty in One Piece before the timeskip, especially after the Straw Hat Pirates entered the Grand Line and Luffy and the crew ended up destroying baroque works in the land of Arabasta. His first bounty was 60 million berries. This was a pretty impressive first bounty for the character of Zoro and it just showed that he was finally getting noticed. After the events in Enies Lobby, where the Straw Hat Pirates rescued Robin from the mouth of the World Government, Zoro's bounty increased once again, especially due to his victory over Kaku, one of the members of CP9.

This increased Zoro's bounty to 120 million berries, which was enough to consider him one of the 11 supernovae in the Sabaody Archipelago. Two years later, when the Straw Hat Pirates returned many times stronger and continued their journey through the New World, Zoro's bounty increased again. After the events of Dressrosa, where the crew defeated the Donquixote Pirates, Zoro's bounty increased to 320 million berries and he kept this bounty until Wano.

In the land of Wano, Zoro fought many exciting battles, such as against the rooftop emperors and later against King Wildfire, Kaido's strongest right-hand man. Zoro was phenomenal to watch and his achievements, which included scarring Kaido and defeating King, saw his bounty increase to 1.111 billion berries.

Luffy and Zoro One Piece 1131

Zoro currently has a bounty of over a billion berries on his head. He has established himself as a very powerful Yonko commander and fierce pirate, able to kill the vast majority of his enemies instantly. Zoro is a force to be reckoned with, and the vast majority of pirates around the world are aware of this. When Zoro went to Egghead, fans fully expected him to receive a massive bounty increase. However, the Straw Hat Pirates focused solely on escaping Egghead rather than engaging in an all-out battle with the government. Therefore, none of them received a massive bounty increase. However, Elbaf is a completely different story. The Straw Hats will fight big battles here, and the government will certainly take note of their successes. Because of this achievement, the Straw Hat Pirates will receive new bounties after Elbaf, which means great things await Zoro here.

I will never lose again. Do you have a problem with that, Pirate King? – Zoro

As for what Zoro can achieve in the Elbaf arc, Oda has already prepared some interesting things. For one thing, Elbaf has its own underworld, or in other words, hell, which means that this level of Elbaf could be connected to it in one way or another. Another thing fans need to keep in mind is that the World Government has officially taken action against Elbaf.

One Piece: Why Elbaf will be Luffy's biggest test yet

Luffy faces a massive battle in Elbaf. It will be his biggest test yet in One Piece.

The Knights of God were recently seen in the country, and it is quite possible that war will soon break out in the peaceful land. When that happens, Zoro will have to be on the front lines and deal with all the threats the country faces. This will be an exciting opportunity for Zoro to test his skills against some very powerful individuals and of course, as always, defeat them. If Zoro manages to defeat some high-ranking figures such as the members of the World Government, it is inevitable that his bounty will increase.

How much will Zoro's bounty be after Elbaf?

Zoro's bounty could reach almost 2 billion berries

If the Straw Hat Pirates actually fight some very powerful individuals in the Elbaf arc, they will receive new bounties, and Zoro, one of the main fighters, will certainly receive his new reward as well. In fact, Zoro's bounty doesn't really reflect his strength, meaning Oda just needs an excuse to keep increasing his bounty. Zoro should currently have a much higher bounty in One Piece. His current haul of 1.111 billion berries, while very impressive, is not enough for someone of his strength. In fact, Zoro defeated King, who has a bounty of 1.390 billion berries, and all things considered, his own bounty should be higher. Zoro's current loot should be at least between 1.5 and 1.8 billion berries.

Therefore, Zoro will most likely receive a larger bounty after the events of Elbaf. As for the size of his next bounty, fans could expect a figure of around 1.8 billion berries. Zoro isn't strong enough to reach the 2 billion battery mark yet, but he should definitely at least pass the 1.5 billion berry mark. Zoro's bounty being close to the likes of Crocodile and close to the 2 billion mark would be absolutely perfect, as it would make him ready to face even bigger threats like the Marine Admirals and eventually Dracule Mihawk.

Zoro one piece

As things stand, Zoro is already earning a larger bounty of nearly 2 billion berries, and fans can certainly expect to see him receive a new reward after defeating powerful enemies in the land of Elbaf and helping Luffy take another step closer to that goal reach the One Piece.
