In 2009, they tried a town called Snowfield (but it didn't go as well as planned, leading to strange subpoenas). In this scenario, the (London-based) Mage's Association sends Langal and Faldeus to investigate Snowfield and this war, but Faldeus is actually a spy for the US organization.
