There is an underwater labyrinth here; Near the needle flies you can find a ladder that leads to a ledge with the heart

Cave south of Scrubton (and south of the Stamp, south of town at the top of a waterfall).

This cave has cliff passages that you have to traverse; On the right side of the room you can build a bridge to the heart

South of Scrubton (a little southeast in the Faron Wetlands)

The heart will be on Top of a totem pole in a room that has a door hidden by an ornamental shrub

From the outside, Go up and north of the cave until you see a piece of dirt. From here use the Holmill echo to burrow and jump in

The top of the column has Ice that needs to be melted with every echo that has fire

There is a rocky outcropping near the middle (thinnest) part of the frozen lake

The heart will sit on this ledge, so you can Echoes stack easily to get here

West side of the top edge (on the map it visually looks like rugged land with brown spots)

The heart stands on a pillar in the northwest corner Here

The heart is out in the open on an island Here
