Where to find all Forest Shrine Sacrificial Crystals

Every biome in Luma Island features a mysterious shrine that can only be unlocked if you find the corresponding crystals. Depending on your biome, you may need to find up to 11 crystals to receive the rewards they contain.

While collecting these crystals may take some time, it's worth it as the shrine contains a Luma Egg and other rare rewards that you'll definitely want to get your hands on. Eight crystals are required to open the Forest Shrine, and you can find them all here.

Forest Offering Crystal 1 Location

The first forest offering crystal in Luma Island is located fairly close to the entrance of the forest. When you enter, follow the path straight until you cross a small rock bridge – You should see the crystal below, but there is no way to reach it at the moment.

Cross the bridge and turn right at the pond until you see it The Mushroom Man's Shopbut instead of following the path all the way down to it, look for a small gap that you can navigate around the cliff. Follow the path and you will find the crystal at the end.

Forest Offering Crystal 2 location

From the Mushroom Man's Shop, follow the path deeper into the forest until you reach the river that flows through the forest. To find the second crystal, turn north and look for one small hole you can walk through between the rocks next to the cave.

The hole will be hidden by various bushes and trees, so it may be a little difficult to spot this hole. But once you have it, you'll find the Sacrificial Crystal hidden inside on the cliff wall.

Forest Offering Crystal 3 location

To get to the third sacrificial crystal, you need to navigate to the other side of the river in the forest. When you first enter the forest, getting there is not easy. Go in from where you found the second crystal Cave nearby. You can walk through this cave without torches, but there are some dark places, so it's better to bring some just in case. Once you make it through the path you will be on the other side of the river.

Navigate around the pond and follow the path south until you see a Color puzzle on the right side of the path, hidden between some trees. Walk along the path where the color puzzle lies for a short time, making sure to hug the wall of trees to the east tightly. If you can turn east (left as you come from the color puzzle), do so and you should see the Sacrificial Crystal waiting on a small hill in front of a broken ladder. You need 3 forest wood and 5 reeds to attach the ladder and you will get the crystal.

Forest Offering Crystal 4 location

From where you found the last sacrificial crystal, continue south until you see a blue crystal at the top of a pillar behind a small hill. You'll need to circle this hill further south to reach the next sacrificial crystal. You may need to cut down some trees first to get around the site.

When you're on the other side of the hill, look for one small path This will take you under the pillar with the blue crystal and around the other side of the hill you just went around. If you follow this path you will eventually reach the Sacrificial Crystal, which sits on its own hill next to a waterfall.

Forest Offering Crystal 5 location

The next Sacrificial Crystal can also be found in this area, where the last two are. Navigate back along the path you followed to find the fourth crystal and go back a bit around the hill you came from. However, instead of going all the way back, now turn east and navigate through the trees until you see a small camp You can build up to rest.

Head through the camp and continue following the path around the nearby ruins. There you will see the sacrificial crystal Foot of the cliff behind the ruins.

Forest Offering Crystal 6 location

To find the next crystal, you need to go back to the fast travel point in the forest. From the fast travel point, head north and hug the east wall. Eventually you'll come to some rocks that you need to mine and find the sacrificial crystal hidden behind them under a small arch.

It's a similar hidden area to the one where the second crystal was, so you won't be able to see it if you just walk around.

If you can't find it, look around the area where it is located

begins, and you should see the rocks covering the entrance.

Forest Offering Crystal 7 location

To find this crystal, go to the fast travel point in the forest and follow the path north. Take this path past the ancient temple and continue until you reach another makeshift camp. You should be able to see the crystal over the small pond next to the camp – but with no apparent way to get there.

To get the crystal, walk around the pond on the other side and go to the edge of the cliff. When you get there, immediately turn left and follow the path around the cliff. This will take you around the sacrificial crystal and straight to the sacrificial crystal.

Forest Offering Crystal 8 location

The final sacrificial crystal is located much deeper in the forest than necessary cross the mud river, which is near the fast travel point. To cross it, you just need to reach the various stepping stones and wooden planks in the river in time to avoid drowning in it.

Once you reach the other side, navigate around the pedestals where you will eventually place the sacrificial crystals, and follow the right fork around the various mushrooms and plants that will try to attack you. Continue following the path until you reach a blue crystal on a pillarThen look for a small group of trees in the middle of this area.

If you know where the ancient temple is here, the trees are right behind it.

Now it's time to start hacking because the Crystal is hidden between the trees. Cut as many of them as you need and soon you will see the green glow of the crystal, ready to be eaten. Once you have the last crystal, you can open the shrine in the forest and get another Luma Egg, along with a number of other rewards that can be difficult to find Luma Island.
