We've been blessed with another strong year of gaming, which ultimately makes the process of trimming said GOTY lists all the more arduous. But don't cry for us, we are already deadwe do it for the love of the game(s).

In 2023, Baldur's Gate 3 won the lion's share of GOTY nominations. If we're honest with ourselves, this was probably inevitable. This year feels fewer certainly. It feels like there is tonne great games fighting for the top spot. Not only are there a number of excellent triple-A titles vying for a top spot on everyone's list, but some excellent independent games have also made a real impact this year. Follow the deliberations as this hub is updated daily with each new GOTY listing.
