Dandadan: Okarun's Turbo Granny form, explained
Okarun's Turbo Granny form is a manifestation of the series' core themes and exemplifies the series' ability to fuse different genres into a whole.
100 km/h Grandma may have earned her bad reputation, but she has also proven to have a soft spot for young girls who died too young under tragic circumstances. It is known that the Yokai gave them comfort to ease their suffering. Turbo Granny is also undoubtedly one of the strongest Yokai in existence and is also a popular character in folklore. While Momo and Okarun manage to defeat her, their victory was primarily based on outsmarting Turbo Granny rather than her having to face them using pure strength.
