Tokoyami
Hero Rank: 17
Tokoyami is one of the strongest characters ever My Hero Academia. He is the 17th hero on the Billboard charts, and this is certainly a surprise to many fans. In fact, it was expected by many that Tokoyami would at least be in the top 10.
His power as Dark Shadow is outrageous and fans even saw him take on All For One in the Final War Saga. Despite everything, Tokoyami is ranked quite low, which is certainly a surprising decision by the author.
5
Bakugo
Hero Rank: 15
Bakugo, also known as Dynamight, continues to record surprising rankings, landing at 15th place in the Hero Rankings. Bakugo is easily one of the strongest heroes, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that he is currently the strongest.
Despite everything, Bakugo is the 15th hero, largely due to his personality. Bakugo was said to have debuted at number four in the hero rankings, but due to his poor character and attitude, he eventually fell to number 15. At the moment he maintains this position, but he is not too worried about his ranking.

Kirishima
Hero Rank: 12
Kirishima, also known as the Red Uprising, is a very powerful hero. He is known for his incredible determination and courage in battle. With his hardening powers, he can currently take on and defeat almost any villain.
Kirishima is ranked 12th, but he definitely has the potential to move up even further. According to Kirishima, the fact that he is so low is largely due to him not traveling alone sooner. However, he has now made the decision to play alone, meaning fans can expect him to achieve a higher ranking soon.
2
Shoji
Hero Rank: 9
Shoji is doing quite well and fans know that he is in the top 10 of the Hero Rankings, which is pretty impressive. He's currently ranked 9th, and that's largely because he was on his own early on.

With the power of Half Cold, Half Hot, Shoto is unstoppable in battle.
