The first of the three chapters has already been published and appeared last Sunday, January 19, 2025. The featured chapter was One piece 1136.
Next Sunday, January 26, 2025, fans will get another One Piece chapter in 1137. This will be the final chapter of January, but there's more to come.
This has now been confirmed One piece won't be taking a break next week, meaning fans will get three chapters in a row. One piece Chapter 1138 will be released on February 2, 2025.
However, One Piece is expected to take a break on the following Sunday, February 9th. The manga will quickly resume the week after the break, on February 16th.

Oda also wants to take more breaks in general to maintain a healthy schedule. One Piece is a lot of work and fans should be happy that Oda has time to recover to come back and deliver his weekly chapters.
It is likely that there will be many breaks in 2025 as well, but perhaps not as many as in 2024.
