Marvel Rivals has given the first official look at Mister Fantastic's gameplay.

His range of motion is based on his ability to stretch his body, and he will be the game's next Duelist.
-
A key difference between him and other duelists is that Mister Fantastic has 100 more HP.
NetEase released a Marvel Rivals season 1 trailer on Monday, further introducing the Fantastic Four and revealing that Dracula will be the game's new big bad starting this Friday. This morning we're back with a first look at gameplay of one of the four new characters. The video shows Mister Fantastic quietly revealing an advantage he will have over other duelists.
As you might expect, his malleable limbs are the foundation of Reed Richards' offense. The show begins with the leader of the Fantastic Four dealing damage from a distance by extending his arms and striking enemies from a distance. Typical duelist thing, except Mister Fantastic doesn't need a weapon or projectile to clear a path like other duelists like Iron Man and Psylocke do.

Of course, Mister Fantastic will be able to do more than just hit people from a distance. One of the more interesting moves shown in the trailer below is him picking up two enemies and slamming them together. He can also use a move called Muscle Inflation, which, similar to the Hulk, makes him larger, allowing him to absorb more damage and presumably deal more of it at once.
Your first look at how Mister Fantastic will play in Marvel Rivals
Rivals is about to get even more awesome this Friday
As for his ultimate, Richards' finishing move uses his elasticity to jump into the air and repeatedly slam into the ground, fists first. Aside from his moveset, however, one of the more interesting revelations about Mister Fantastic through a first official look at this gameplay is the confirmation that he will have more HP than any other duelist in the roster.
Duelists typically have 250 HP in Marvel Rivals, but Mister Fantastic outspent them all by one before even setting foot on the multiversal battlefield. As you can see in the gameplay above, the new hero will have 350 HP. There is also a chance that HP will be increased even more when Richards uses Muscle Inflation. However, it's unclear whether the health bonus he receives in the clip above is caused by this move or by the help of a teammate.
Rivals players are still trying to process the fact that they will be getting four new characters in one season. Even though they are all part of the same superhero team, not all of them will be added to the squad at once. Richards and Sue Storm will be playable when the first season begins this Friday, while The Thing and Human Torch will be added later in the first season.
