NetEase Games surprised Marvel Rivals Fans by including free Peni Parker and Scarlet Witch skins in the Battle Pass for Season 1: Eternal Night Falls. After luring Doctor Strange into a trap, Dracula launches an attack on New York City, forcing the Fantastic Four to lead the fight against the legendary vampire. The latest season will see all four members of Marvel's First Family join the game's ever-growing roster of characters. Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman have joined Marvel Rivals with the start of Season 1, but fans will have to wait for the game's mid-season update to play Human Torch and The Thing. Although unconfirmed, leakers have claimed that Human Torch will be a Duelist, while The Thing will add another Vanguard Marvel Rivals.

Players looking for free cosmetics Marvel Rivals have the opportunity to earn Peni Parker and Scarlet Witch skins without purchasing the deluxe version of the Season 1: Eternal Night Falls Battle Pass. While players can unlock the full Battle Pass for 990 Lattice, which is approximately $10, there are numerous cosmetic items that players can obtain for free by completing quests and earning Chrono Tokens. Peni Parker's Blue Tarantula skin can be found on page three of the Battle Pass and features a sky blue and bright white color scheme on both her suit and her 'Mech. The hero does not have an accompanying emote or MVP animation in the pass.

The Scarlet Witch's Emporium Matron skin can be found on page nine of the Battle Pass. The hero wears a purple dress with purple accents and a somewhat cosmic animation on the front. While players can also claim a Scarlet Witch emote for free, they will need to purchase the deluxe version of the pass if they want to claim the accompanying MVP animation. Season 1 also includes a Midnight Features event where players can earn a free Thor skin Marvel Rivals by completing quests.

In addition to free cosmetics, Marvel Rivals has released new skins for Invisible Woman and Mister Fantastic in the game's shop. Both outfits give the heroes a villainous makeover. The Invisible Woman, Malice's skin features a black and red color scheme with spikes and leather straps along her shoulders and face. Mister Fantastic, The Maker's skin is a sleek dark gray with blue highlights and a mask that covers most of his face. With so much new content to discover, many fans have expressed their excitement Marvel Rivals' last season.
