Marvel competitors cannot be really friendly with these many characters and skins

Everyone knows that Marvel Rivals is absolutely killing it. Sure, there are many mistakes, the variety of tickets is missing and it takes forever that it takes forever, but it is on the best way to become the Overwatch killer, so many said it would be even if it doesn't need that.

I say all of this largely as an external observer. Technically, I am a rival player, but I don't play very often or with a significant ability. Most of my fighting of the game is to hang up with my friends while playing it with my little brother (he classified Plat 1 and is the real player of our family) and read the discourse. Otherwise I play in from time to time and jump a few games a week when I have friends online. I am not invested enough to get GUD to Git or even learn more than one character. To be honest, I would probably still be bad. I agree to admit that on the Internet where things live forever.

When my brother and I found that we both played the game, he said: “You seem like a Main for cloak and dagger.” He is right, but I still have no idea what he meant by it.

All of this really means that I am a die -hard casual. Like the only one Only started playing in comp. This also means that I get the dubious honor to write about Marvel -Rivals from the perspective of a casual casual rival, because many people casually play rivals and most of us suck on it.

Why Warner Bros. has to play a flashpoint game

Warner Bros. is fighting to successfully achieve a DC video game in Arkham's shadow. So why not restart with Flashpoint?

There are too many characters in Marvel competitor

One thing that I and many players appreciate about rivals is that it was started with a large number of characters to choose from, and everyone feels greatly inspired by media, while they still feel different from each other , Playstyle way.

Loki's shape and stealth completely correspond to its representations. Doctor Strange portals are of course the core of his character. Hulk must be weakened into its human form before they can fully pursue it. And of course Spider-Man swings everywhere. They all have different strengths and weaknesses, different mobility levels and often completely unique forces.

But there are so many of these characters, and it feels impossible to learn them from the inside and outside. If you have not yet learned to play a character, it is basically impossible to find out what your skills do when you work against you. For example, take Loki. One of my friends who was behind my match wrote to me that the green field around Loki was his regeneration domain, which converts 30 percent of all damage to allies. I had hit the guy in the field and asked why nothing happened. I would have known that if I played Loki, but I never have it. Has everyone played every character and memorized all their skills?

If rivals had fewer characters, it would not be such a big problem. For example, if the game had a squad of 20 characters to choose from, a newcomer that administered enough time could do all their skills and what they do. I definitely did it with Overwatch 2, a game with which I didn't play so much or with which I did not experiment to a large extent. But the rivals started with 33, added two more with his first season (with two more sets) and will add another character every six weeks. There is a lot of information that every player can remember, let alone one who doesn't play so often.

And many of these characters are not visually distinguishable

You can fix many of these problems by just learning to play every character, but that's the opposite of what a casual one does. And commitment is not the only problem.

Marvel competitor does not have to be overwatch killer

Overwatch 2 needs a competitor, no handle.

There is also the fact that many of these characters can look very similar on the battlefield. I can't say Winter Soldier and Punisher from afar. Invisible woman and dagger basically look the same unless you press your face on your screen. In fact, this applies to most female characters – they basically look the same except for the colors.

Throw skins into the mixture and a player like me is pretty cooked. Someone could come up to me, and I could not see who it is to avoid what they have shortly before decimating. They not only look completely unknown from a distance, but also up close, it can be difficult to find out exactly what they have.

It is too muchAnd rivals only promise to add more. How should a dirty occasional amount thrive under these conditions?
