How to Hatch Luma Eggs

Leather and fabric can be made at the workbench from mushrooms or cotton, while glass can be made from Oven with sand and coal. Copper bars may be a little harder to find since you have to go there abandoned caves to find copper ore and then smelt it into ingots for use. But once you have everything you need, you can build a Luma Incubator and hatch your first Luma.
To hatch a Luma, you must first hatch it Create a Luma Life Using the incubator. To do this, you'll need any type of spirit, and you can choose which one you want to use – Water, Earth, Nature, Rock, and Lost Spirits will all give you a Luma life. These ghosts can be found while gathering resources and exploring the ruins. As you get more materials, you will have an abundance of them at the end of the day.
Place your egg and Luma life into the incubator and your Luma will hatch. Once incubation is complete you can ingest it and that's what it will do Place it in your inventory where you can put it in your pocket slot so it follows you everywhere. If you have more Lumas, you can swap them by catching the Lumas you want with your net and it will also end up in your inventory.
How to care for Lumas
The main reason you want to have Lumas with you is this They drop Luma Energyan important ingredient in many new recipes that you unlock as you progress through your career. You can make them drop Luma Energy by feeding them Luma food and pet her once a day.
Luma food is quite cheap to make costs a farmer's flower, a farmer's mushroom and a farmer's berry to get it. Since these are plentiful throughout the biome, you shouldn't go out of your way to make sure your Luma is well fed. As you reach other biomes such as Forest and Mountain, you can also craft Luma food in bundles of five and seven for the same material cost, using the Forest and Mountain variants respectively. You can also get Luma Power Food from the Mushroom man for your Lumas, allowing them to release additional Luma Energy even if they were fed that day.
Lastly, you need to build Luma nests to ensure your additional Lumas have a place to stay. Only one can follow you at a time, and you would have to keep them in your inventory if you didn't have a nest for them. You can find the recipes for Luma nests in Drawing workshop in the city, and they come in three levels: small, medium and large. A small nest can hold two Lumas, while a medium nest can hold four and a large nest can hold seven.
The materials you need to build Luma Nests become rarer as you level up. So make sure you move through each biome
