How to get the Cessation Bulbel amulet in Remnant 2: The Dark Horizon

Rest 2 is full of secrets and puzzles that you may encounter during your gameplay and offers rewarding opportunities for new equipment. With so many items available, you may be unsure what to do with them or how to use them. However, nothing goes to waste in Remnant, so figuring out how to use these items can be a challenging yet fun experience.

Rest 2: The Dark Horizon – How to unlock the Guardian archetype

A new Remnant 2 DLC means a new archetype!

The Cessation Bulbel Amulet is arguably one of the hardest amulets to obtain in Remnant 2, as it requires you to complete steps in both the Awakened King and Dark Horizon DLC. So you need access to both DLCs; Otherwise you will not be able to purchase this amulet.

How to get the Bulbel Amulet of Termination

The player has just received the “Cessation Bulbel – Rest 2” amulet

First things first: we need to acquire our first quest item called Harvest sample. This quest item is a random event that can arise at one of the following locations in the Dark Horizon:

Detritus foundry
Astropath's breathing space
Tower of the Invisible
Athenaum week
End stations
Spectrum Nexus

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to find out if the Crop Sample event took place in your world. So you have to explore the dungeons and hope to come across them.

If you don't find it, you have to roll the Dark Horizon again.

After receiving the Harvest Sample in the round room where it normally spawns, pick it up and go back to Station 13. From the World Stone, Go to the back where the small garden is.

In the far left corner you can see a root plant to interact with. Select the option “Use Crop Sample..” Through this action, the sample is planted into the root plant.

For our next quest item we have to Begin a new adventure in the Awakened King DLC.. Go back to the Worldstone, repeat the adventure and choose the Awakened King.

Once you start the DLC, continue until you Reach the throne room of the One True King. Interact with him and select the option “What is my job, Your Majesty?“

Make sure you get the Staff of Vengeance from him to make sure you're on the right path.

He will ask you for it Find and kill Nimuewho is locked in a tower in the Awakened King DLC. Directions to their location can be found here.

Once you find them, Be careful not to kill Nimue; Instead, select the option “You win. I hope I don't regret this (Spare Nimue).” After selecting this option and completing the interaction with it, you will receive Nimue's vow.

Now, Return to the king's location and interact with him. He will realize that you didn't kill them as ordered, which will trigger a fight against him. After you defeat him, it will be one of your rewards Nimue's bloodstained oaththe second item needed to obtain the Cessation Bulbel amulet.

With this object in hand, Go back to Station 13 and go to the Root Plant. Interact with it and select the option “Use Nimue's Bloodstained Vow.”

When both items are planted in the root crop, interact with it again and it will speak to you. After finishing the conversation you will be rewarded the Cessation Bulbel amulet.
