At the moment, Bakugo is in 15th place, which is quite a shame. However, this ranking does not reflect its strength at all. Bakugo's low rank is due to his short-tempered and aggressive nature. Despite this, Bakugo always means well and does everything he can to save those in need. Bakugo has grown tremendously over the years. At a certain point, only winning was his priority, and saving people was secondary to him. However, Bakugo now values both of these things equally, which is why being number one is no longer important to him.

Bakugo's One For All form in My Hero Academia

With that out of the way, fans can talk about how strong he is right now. But what was even more amazing was the fact that Bakugo was able to do this while in a severely weakened state. Bakugo made it clear that he felt pain in every single cell in his body and that he had been on death's door before. Can adult Bakugo surpass All Might?

Bakugo surpasses Kamino by far, that's a guarantee

The question of whether Bakugo can surpass All Might is quite interesting and the answer to this question is clearly: yes. Of course, it can be said that All Might All Might is almost mythical in the My Hero Academia world. In his prime, he was nearly unstoppable, and even the version fans saw in the show's first season was pretty powerful. His performance against the Nomu and later against All For One in Kamino was absolutely flawless. But this version of All Might certainly wasn't the strongest and could easily be outclassed by the likes of Izuku and Bakugo.

In fact, in adulthood, Bakugo has taken his Quirk to the next level and his explosive power combined with his brilliant mind should be enough to get him to a level where he can fight All Might and possibly even surpass him.

Why did I have to be the one to end All Might? –Bakugo

Of course, Prime All Might is a completely different question and it's very likely that Bakugo won't surpass that level, but he would still come very close. But there's another argument to be made that Bakugo is getting even stronger, possibly approaching All Might's level. After all, the quirks get stronger with each generation, and this also applies to Hero Society in general.

Bakugo could easily be pushed past the levels of All Might that fans saw in the early parts of the series and close to the peak levels of this heroic character.
