The Sims is the 2000 PC game that started all for this massively popular series and celebrates its 25th birthday by publishing the Sims Legacy Edition to bring the original title back to modern PCs. If you arrive with every expansion package published for the game, it is a real treasure!

But with so many different things you could play with first, where is the best place to start? Which expansion package has added the new content to the Sims? Bonus points go to each package, the additional content of which is still in the game in its service life!

The furry friend of her dreams

The fifth expansion that was published was the first time in the series that we were allowed to play with pets. Cats, dogs, birds, fish, turtles and iguanas debuted in this pack, and although it was not possible with possible everyone Animal, Maxis let us control cats and dogs. This pack was about lowering our hair and we had a great time to do that.
