Bandai Namco and Dimps have released a new one Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Trailer for the Future Saga expansion, with the next DLC chapter focusing on the Gods of Destruction Dragon Ball Super. Eight years later Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2Although it was the first release, the game is still supported today. Dimps and Bandai Namco have regularly updated the game with free updates and paid DLC, adding new playable characters and transformations. One of the biggest content updates is a new, exclusive storyline for the game that focuses on the villain Fu.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2The four-part Future Saga expansion focuses on Fu, a villain who has traveled through time and experimented with Dragon Ball's history to create numerous what-if scenarios. These range from Tapion coming to the aid of Future Trunks in the Goku Black Saga to giving Vegeta the Super Saiyan God form before he achieves it in the series' timeline. Fu's time travel experiments continue in Chapter 2, where he engages with the characters from the film Dragon Ball Superspecifically the Pride Troopers and Gods of Destruction.


In this new teaser trailer for Chapter 2 of the Future Saga, Fu pitted Toppo and Dyspo of the Pride Troopers of Universe 10 against three of them Dragon Ball Supers Destroyer deities, the gods of destruction: notably Beerus, Champa and Belmod. Somehow, Goku himself gets involved too, where he has to fend off an energy blast that could destroy the planet, leading to the Gods of Destruction and Pride Troopers teaming up to fight an energetic Fu who somehow has a go at them all can accommodate.


Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's Future Saga teases ultra supervillain Jiren

The trailer also announces an Ultra Supervillain form for Jiren, the same transformation that Fu granted to Goku Black and Vegeta in Chapter 1 of the Future Saga. The Ultra Super Villain form gives Jiren a pink aura, turns his irises the same color, and has a crystal protruding from him. The trailer shows Jiren and Fu teaming up to fight the player's Time Patrol protagonist and features a clash between ultra supervillain Jiren and Super Saiyan Blue Goku. Towards the end of the trailer, Goku uses his Mastered Ultra Instinct transformation and is ready to take on Jiren and stop his out-of-control power. A release date for the second chapter has not been announced yet, other than that it will be “soon.”


See as Xenoverse 2 still receives post-launch DLC characters to this day, such as: Super Versions of Videl and Android 18 won't let up on content for the game anytime soon. 2024 looks to be an exciting year Dragon Ball Fans, with the highly anticipated Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, Dragon Ball Daima Anime, and now a future update for Xenoverse 2 coming soon.
