In the fourth episode, it is revealed that some practical tools and items found in the “outside universe” have counterparts in the Demon Realm, such as Senzu and even the Dragon Balls themselves.

The wonderful world of medi-bugs
Something like item capsules
In episode 4 of Dragon Ball DAIMAGoku, Supreme Kai, and Glorio are left without transportation because Glorio's plane was stolen in the previous episode. Eventually they come across a small shop where they can eat and restock their supplies, and then we are introduced to a… DAIMA original concept: Medi-Bugs. While Glorio questions the shopkeepers about possible options for air travel, Supreme Kai and Goku browse through the shop and find many interesting items, such as barrels full of dead bugs encased in an amber-like substance. The shopkeeper tells them all about Medi-Bugs, items used to treat various health and status effects, similar to the item capsules found in others Dragon Ball Video games.
There are different types of bugs, such as Achichi Bugs for burns, Zutsu (literally “headache”) bugs for headaches, Beaut Bugs for cosmetic enhancements, and of course the most interesting of all: Join Bugs. When the halves are fed to two individuals, these beetles allow them to become a single individual – a fusion – for a yet-to-be-determined period of time. The concept greatly excited Goku, who eagerly asked Glorio to buy some bugs from the kind old couple. Seeing Goku excited by the strange and colorful treats made it seem like he was a kid in a candy store, and we get to see his haul of Medi-Bugs, which interestingly enough includes two Join Bugs.
What does this mean for the series?
Will we get a new merger?
Given the fact that any kind of merger in Dragon Ball Although there are various advantages, disadvantages and outcomes, it is not far-fetched to assume that the join bugs lead to a completely different type of merger than the one we have seen. They also have a striking shade of jade green, reminiscent of the color of the Potara earrings that were a key element of the Majin Buu saga. When Goku and Vegeta used the Potara Dragon Ball ZSupreme Kai's ignorance led us all to believe that the resulting merger was permanent; However, this has been changed Dragon Ball Super It was a permanent fusion of exclusively divine beings, and even then, Supreme Kai and his close companion Kibito managed to become separate individuals once again.
In the case of join bugs, the merger is temporary. The Metamoran fusion method that gives rise to Gotenks in the Buu Saga (and Gogeta in various films and films). Dragon Ball GT) comes with the traditional Metamoran attire for the resulting fighter, while the Potara fusion creates a composite outfit that combines elements of both fighters. It is not yet known what kind of traits will result from using the Join Bugs, but looking at the evidence left by previous merger cases, it will most likely result in a result even if characters who previously merged were, they use entirely new fighters together, which represents an extremely exciting possibility for the series. What's even more exciting as a possibility is the fact that the instructions for use are pictured three Individuals become a single powerful individual. Taking this as a basis, fusion via Join Bug may not even be limited to just two people as fusion materials.
