You will be happy to know that it is possible to redefine Rook (your character). Dragon Age: The Veil Guardian almost without restrictions. To recover all the skill points spent on Rook, first open the Skill menu. Then click on the “Refund Points” button provided (F (default on keyboard and mouse).
