Uryuu's determination in conflict

The Quincy Complete is the highest form of the Quincy power. In this state, Quincy truly reaches its font's full potential. As seen with Äs Nodt or Bambietta Basterbine, the user's writing skills are brought to their highest level. And while this is certainly the case with Uryuu as well, he hasn't officially used his writing against Ichigo since he hasn't officially revealed it. Instead, he uses a much higher form of his Quincy skills with a bow and arrow.

Uryuu activates his Vollvoll in the same manner as other Sternritter, with a pillar of holy light and church bells. After the pillar of hard light is broken, it reveals Uryuu in this new form. He now wears Reishi armor on his ankles and wrists. As well as an arrowhead over his heart. And just like every other Quincy, he now has a pair of Reishi wings. But conspicuously, he lacks the usual halo that other Quincy have shown.

Uryuu's primary ability appears to be the use of hundreds of flying arrowheads, which he controls with hand gestures. These usually shoot Reishi lasers at Uryuu's target, and he can command them to pursue his enemy from a very long distance. These arrowheads, led by Uryuu, create an endless barrage of projectiles that Ichigo struggles to defend against. Thanks to Ichigo's incredible speed, he can block several of these strikes at once, but the onslaught of lasers is sometimes too much for even the mighty Soul Reaper.

Uryuu then puts several of these arrowheads together to form a reishi cage around Ichigo. This appears to completely engulf his enemies until Uryuu activates it to create a massive explosion that forms a Quincy Cross.

Stardust, Uryuu's strongest blast

This appears to be Uryuu's strongest technique in this form. He makes a large Quincy bow in his open palm and then, by creating an arrow in his other hand, creates a massive projectile in the shape of a Quincy cross. This attack, which translates to “stardust”, is powerful enough to clash with Ichigo's Getsuga Juujisho and hold him in place for a period of time. Nevertheless, Ichigo's strongest attack eventually destroys this gigantic technique.

It's important to remember that this form and all of its techniques are brand new to both anime fans and manga fans. And that there is still information and understanding about Uryuu's new power in the Thousand-Year Blood War anime. The fact is that it paved the way for the anime to truly show how powerful Uryuu has become since gaining his new abilities as a Sternritter.
