And what does this party involve? Well, if you land on control tiles to score points, you can of course win pickaxes. You know, like a typical New Year's Eve celebration!

The New Year's Eve party is taking place December 31st, 10 a.m and ends at January 2nd, 10am EST. It runs parallel to the New Year's Treasure event, which is why the milestones are loaded with pickaxes. It's time to ring in the New Year by rolling dice!
How to earn rewards in the New Year's Eve Bash event
To collect these rewards in the New Year's Eve Bash event, you will need to target these tiles typically Fear: control tiles. Landing on the following spaces will earn you points:

The Electric factory And Waterworks Tiles will get you four points. Typically these tiles will give you a small amount of money.

The Luxury tax And Income tax Tiles will earn you money four points. What's nice, like these tiles typically Just withdraw your money.
If you're wondering how to “target” specific tiles, it all comes down to how you use those roll multipliers. Remember that 7 is the most common roll you will encounter. So if you are seven pieces away from one electrical factory, waterworks, luxury tax, or If you are using the Income Tax tile, you should consider increasing your multiplier.
The New Year's Eve party happens to coincide with the event New Year's treasures Event. That means you need Pickaxes – and lots of them. Luckily, the milestone rewards are loaded with these all-important pickaxes, making the New Year's Bash event a great place to start. In total, you can purchase almost 200 pickaxes that you can use to support Sophia. Not too shabby!
Aside from the abundance of pickaxes, you'll notice that the Milestones are a little more filled with sticker packs than usual, probably because we're about to move on to the next sticker album.
