US files details of Boeing’s plea deal related to plane crashes. It’s in the hands of a judge now

The US Justice Department on Wednesday filed a plea agreement with Boeing in which the aviation giant pleads guilty to fraud charges that it misled US regulators who approved the 737 Max plane before two of the planes crashed, killing 346 people. The detailed agreement was filed in federal district court in Texas. The American company and the Justice Department agreed to the guilty plea and general terms of the agreement earlier this month.
