How to unlock the Pyke Syndicate Vault in Mirogana City
Head to the northeast part of town in Toshara, and you'll enter the Pykes' territory. From the stairs, follow the path down and towards the north road. Here you'll find an alley with a hackable vent. Open it, and you'll see the Pyke Vault, as well as a helpful terminal with the three keycard locations.
You cannot open the safe unless you have three special key cards.
Key card for Jinnjos safe
Their goal is to south of Jaunta's Hopewhich is located on the western edge of the Lost Steppe region. Continue down the road and you will come across a heavily guarded building. Eliminate the guards and hack the door to get inside. On the dining table you will find Jinnjo's Vault Keycard.
Gorak's safe keycard
For this key card please go to Pyke Poaching Station in the southeastern region of the lost steppe. This base has plenty of resistance, so sneak upstairs where the operations building is. The locked door requires a keycard from a nearby guard, so scan and take them out until you get your hands on one. Now go inside and take Gorak's vault keycard from the desk.
Tizlak's safe key card
From the city, head towards The Mirage region in the southwestwhere you can Pyke Syndicate Workshop near the mountain. Be careful not to be spotted by the guards and head deeper into the hangar. Notice the rails above and a crate you can grab onto at the top. Find the nearby terminal, activate the rail and climb the crate to reach an otherwise inaccessible area. Drop down and you'll find Tizlak's Vault Keycard.
Once you have all the keycards, return to Mirogana City and open the vault. This will reward you with 5000 credits, the Imperial Speeder paint job, the Target Tariff Sabaac Shift Token, and various upgrade materials.
How to unlock the Pyke Syndicate Vault in Myrra
As expected, the vault is located deep in the Pyke area, specifically in Akiva, in the northern part of town. Hopefully you have good reputation with the Syndicate and can just walk in, otherwise you can sneak in via the secret entrance in an alley west of the main entrance.
Once inside, head east and locate the vent on the floor in the southeast corner of the base. Follow the path and hack the nearby console to disable the security camera and come face to face with the vault. Now all you need to do is find the three keycards.
Elos safe key card
You will find the key card in the west of Myrra City in a Pyke outpostand you have to sneak up to get there. Climb up the cliffs on the right side and clear any obstacles that might get in your way. Now use Nix to turn off the power to the buildings by interacting with the power capacitor before going through the back door to get the keycard.
Theumatis safe key card
Get going further west you will find the crystal minesand it's advisable to be on good terms with the Pyke Syndicate to progress more easily. Head to the southern part of the mines to find the restricted area and use the wall to the right to get in. Take out this first guard to get the key to deactivate the energy barrier ahead of you and try to take out the rest of the guards stealthily. A fight is likely to break out, so get ready. When the dust settles, get the keycard from the storage room.
Nerolis safe key card
And last but not least, to find Neroli's keycard, you need to upgrade the speeder so that it can fly over water. Now cross the river north of Salea's Handand find the workshop where the keycard is located. Armed with all three keycards, return to Myrra and open the safe where you can take the Imperial Finish Paint Job as well as 5000 credits and other upgrade materials that will surely be useful to you.
